New changes to security settings on some internet browsers mean you will have to update your internet browser to log onto your Vera online billing account. This meant to provide you with an extra layer of customer security and is necessary to maintain payment card industry compliance.

If you have trouble logging into your Vera online billing account, you can validate your browser on SSL Lab's website to see if the browser is still supported. If it is not supported, you will need to update your browser.
