We serve approximately 9,800 customers in the Spokane  Valley.  Our power is produced by BPA (Bonneville Power Administration) and we distribute it to our customers through our underground and overhead electrical system.

We have 8 wells that provide water to our water system, pumping from our sole source, the Spokane Rathdrum Aquifer.
