No purchaser of water shall connect their service with that of any other person; nor shall they in any way resell or supply any other person or premises with water through their service. The exception may be in the case of an emergency with district approval.

No purchasers of electric energy shall connect their service with that of any other person; nor shall they in any way re-sell, re-bill or supply any other person or premises with electric current through their service.
