I need power for medical reasons. What if it goes out?

Our goal is to limit the number and length of outages, but sometimes outages are unavoidable. Service can be interrupted due to weather, equipment, animals, trees or people.

If you are on life support or are caring for someone who is, you are responsible for a backup power supply to support your equipment. Power outages due to extreme weather can last for hours or days, depending on severity. If you do not have a backup power source, please be prepared to utilize hospital and emergency services if need be.
