IVR phone upgrade scheduled Wednesday, Dec. 9

Our interactive voice response (IVR) unit will be updated on Wednesday, December 9, beginning at 6 a.m. During the upgrade, the IVR will be unavailable to report outages. However, you can still report your outage by speaking with a customer service representative.
The upgrade is scheduled to take the entire day, but we anticipate it to be completed in a shorter amount of time. If we are experiencing high call volume on the morning of December 9, the upgrade will be postponed until a slower call volume day.
