Manager’s message: Winter 2020

Kevin WellsAs the holiday season arrives, I want to wish you all a safe and happy holiday. During these trying times we are looking forward to time with our friends and family, even if some of them are Zoom images on the big screen above the dining room table.

Due to the recent COVID surge and new Governor’s orders, we have made changes to our operations.

In the office, we have taken a step back in our attempts to re-populate the building and stepped up our work-at-home efforts. Our service people are still available when you need them, and our office staff is only a phone call away. Since we don’t have anyone physically in the office, our answering service is taking all of the calls, and we will call you back. I understand this is an inconvenience and adds an extra minute or two to the process, but it keeps everyone safe and available when you really need them.

The Governor’s restrictions on our credit activities are scheduled to end on the last day of December. If you have been having problems keeping up with your bill due to the COVID crisis, please contact our credit personnel and work with them. There are currently options available for an extended repayment schedule that far exceeds the normal policies and could be really helpful.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this difficult time.
