Notice of opportunity for public input on the proposed Vera Water and Power water system plan and the setting of Vera’s water use efficiency goal
Vera’s Board Meeting will be held December 14th, 2022, at 6:30pm at the Modern Electric Water Company Office, 904 North Pines Road, and will include the following in addition to other District business:
- In accordance with the requirements of 246-290-100(8)a, an informational public meeting for all Vera Customers to comment on Vera’s draft Water System Plan. A digital copy of the draft Water System Plan is available for review on the Vera Water and Power website.
- In accordance with the requirements of WAC 246-290-830(4), water use efficiency (WUE) goal setting public forum. Vera’s draft Water System Plan contains materials supporting the rationale for the proposed WUE goal; a digital copy of the draft Water System Plan is available for review on the Vera Water and Power website. The Board will consider all comments received.
