Heat pump rebates
- Ducted Heat Pumps: Up to $1,000 for conversions.
- Variable-Speed Heat Pumps: Up to $1,200 for conversions; $200 for upgrades.
- Ductless Heat Pumps: Up to $800.
Note: Incentives are for conversions from electric forced air or zonal electric systems, not from natural gas.
Appliance rebates
- Front Loader Washer: $35
- Top Loader Washer: $30
- Electric Dryer: $50-$175
- EV Charger Level 2: $20
Heat pump water heaters
- Rebates of $700-$1,000 for heat pump water heater upgrades.
Home insulation
- Attic Insulation: $0.09-$2.35 per sq. ft.
- Floor Insulation: $0.15-$1.20 per sq. ft.
- Wall Insulation: Up to $2.00 per sq. ft.
- Exterior Doors: $40 for ENERGY STAR® certified.
Smart thermostats and windows
