Eligibility
- Available for retrofits only.
- Pre-condition:
- The primary heating system is electric and the existing insulation value is between R-0 and R-5.
- Post-condition:
- The installation of insulation in the wall or attic/roof spaces will be per the levels shown in the table below.
- Installation of insulation in floor or crawl spaces is not eligible.
