Ductless heat pump and ducted mini-split heat pump residential project information form
This measure is available for existing single-family and manufactured homes within Vera Water and Power’s service territory. Homeowners must comply with all applicable codes and regulations. Limit one per household. Rebate not to exceed cost on invoice.
The Ductless Heat Pump system must:
- Replace electric-resistant heat (zonal, forced air or hydronic).
- Have a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) of 9 or HSPF2 7.6 (min) greater for single or multi-head systems
- Homes with natural gas or propane forced air systems (air source or geothermal), do not qualify.
