For Commercial, Industrial, and Agricultural Applications within Vera Water and Power’s service territory. Must comply with all applicable codes and regulations. Rebate not to exceed cost on invoice.

The  commercial ductless heat pump rebate form

  • Incentives are for retrofits and upgrades; new construction projects are not eligible.
  • Building must be primarily electrically heated.
  • New equipment for retrofits must hold an HSPF2 rating and meet federal minimum requirements.
  • New equipment for Upgrades must hold the following HSPF2/HSPF efficiencies:
    • Non-Ducted: 10.4 HSPF2 or 11.0 HSPF
    • Ducted or Mixed: 9.4 HSPF2 or 10.0 HSPF
