Setup Your Account

Depending on whether you are a renter or an owner, the way to set up an account with us differs.


Notice of occupancy change will only be accepted from the property owner or the property manager in writing at least 3 business days in advance. The minimum information required:

  • Transfer date
  • Names of all responsible parties
  • Contact information for the tenants
  • Forwarding address for the previous tenant, if applicable

Installing Service

Application for service can be made at the Vera Water and Power office, located at 601 N. Evergreen Rd. The customer must provide a legal description of the property to be served at the time of application.

New Construction Residential Applicants

When applying for service, please call 888-774-8272, and ask for Kim or Todd Henry.

You will need the following information:

  • Customer name – the individual or entity responsible for paying the bills
  • Mailing address – where the bills should be sent
  • Service address – the physical address of the site
  • Contact name and phone number
  • Legal description – this must include the lot and block in subdivisions and all parcel numbers that are available

Create a New Online Account

You can view your bills online and set up one-time or recurring payments to pay your monthly bills using our online payment system. Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express, or your personal checking account.
